One thing is to be clear. 4DS has NO facilities. HGST or subsidiary of WDC do. We were testing our memory physics there for more than a half a decade. When Arnout Guido said that the cell is ready and offered to WDC we have being rejected. They asked for chip! We have it now and is gonna be tested @ HGST for all characteristic IMEC promised to do. Results out before the end of march Happy days ahead.. Good luck 2 all holders Kopasz
