    As long as they have the finance in place then these contracts are great as they most likely boost the annual revenues by $1m for each large PaaS contract.

    But I am wondering what is the hold up with finalising the PaaS finance??

    Does it take time, are they struggling to find finance??

    I would like to see it get done during February.
