    I’m hopeful it’s at a premium considering our director bought $100k at 20 cents.
    I hold Po3 whose last CR was an unprecedented 5x the market. They Cr’d based on justifiable valuation in their negotiation, all I’m saying is a CR doesn’t have to be based on current share price unless opportunistic. That’s me hoping anyway if the funding is from a ‘convinced’ investor. It may even lead to a re-rate, but that’s probably dreaming now.
