I don't think Iluka is overvalued because we haven't seen the Rutile price appreciation like what's happened with Zircon. People also think that Iluka is a one-trick Zircon pony - they are far from that.
Investors need to understand that they dominate the Rutile space far more than the Zircon space and there isn't any projects coming online, just projects going offline like Stradbroke Island.
