"Conclusion and orders

1. It follows that Ikon is entitled to judgment for $939,055.65 together with interest on that amount in accordance with the Services Agreement and that the cross-claim should be dismissed.
2. I direct that the parties bring in short minutes of order within 14 days of today’s date that give effect to the conclusions I have reached and, if costs can be agreed, that give effect to that agreement. If agreement cannot be reached on the terms of the short minutes of order within 14 days, the matter should be relisted by contacting my Associate to deal with any outstanding issues"
   phillit - I cannot find any listing in the Supreme Court of NSW for any further action in this matter so I am assuming that it has been settled.
