I am at a loss to understand why this matter went to court in the first place, when mediation and settlement were both available to Cellmid, but were obstinately and flatly absolutely refused, and so the situation escalated to a very toxic and expensive fight.
Cellmid shareholders are the losers here. It is shareholders money unnecessarily thrown away.
