So that means that Ikon has been WITHOUT "its account" of the $939K for three years, and the Court has now found that it was entitled to have it paid. Imagine the mood there in Ikon territory and the legal struggle they had to get "its account" paid. Three years don't forget.
I am looking forward to the costs announcement(s). Who will pay Ikon's costs? Who will pay Cellmid's costs?
