The question is how many potential investors have been turned off because of the IKON situation   .

With the publicly available material  , it seems it was best to negotiate.  

Investor Presentation   as well as the announcement regarding the repayment of  R & D Loan and the saving of

$ 90 000 in interest  , all before the the Resolutions Voting are to take place .

Investor Presentation  is usually presented after AGM in the  form of a  AGM Presentation to Shareholders  .

I think the timing of the Voting Resolutions could not be any worse as many Shareholder Investment Holdings have been decimated over time .

Voting for Shareholders is very easy and can done online , up to shareholders how they vote . 

Regarding the stock price next week , who knows how it will perform next week , as terrible as cellmid has performed for a long time , it is now trading at or near all time lows . Trading Halt  avoided emotional investing/trading decisions and time was needed to write up and release announcement.
