With all due respect, the company had nothing. They paid $939k for an ad they did not like and had to discontinue using it after 3 weeks. It is money wasted. This was the basis of non-payment and ending up in court. All because they had no marketing skills and left it to the agent (Ikon) to do all the work without proper supervision or proper KPIs. Let us admit it. This is a screw up and God knows how many other screw ups have been made over the period of 11 years.
To add to the above, legal fees and a possible scenario of share sell off come Monday.
