I think no JML holders here would doubt JML's SP can easily go above $1 in short term without any takeover offer. If the T/O finally has been called off, I wish JML sp could be plunged under 50 cents. I will be happy to top up my holding.

Personally I thought 96c is an OK deal at least in short term because I can make profit earlier. But what disgusted me is we've been offered dodgy share swap instead of cash. And they paid MLX cash (82.9c) just in front of us. Meantime I believe IGO depress their own SP to panic JML holders to sell their shares to IGO. IGO is buying big time in last couple weeks. Besides, once we accept the offer, we will NOT be able to sell our shares as usual (no sure if the rules have been amended now).

With huge uncertain return (72c- 96c, 72c is based on last week IGO's share price), I am reluctant to accept the offer at this stage.

I am not complaining here. Everyone looks after their own interests and certainly does IGO. But I have to say there is no generous offer such thing on stocks market and IGO definitely knows JML better than most of us.
