Perhaps you should consider that most of JMLs peers have fallen 15 to 20% since the offer was made (eg PNA, OZL) and take that off the sp prior to the bid, then ask yourselves the premium.
Imho IGO's fall is only due to two factors:
1) The general market fall, which JML itself would have suffered
plus 2) Recognition of wealth transfer to JMLs holders - self evidently something JML holders should be relishing, not disparaging.
Lets see where JML would fall to if IGO's bid fails? 50?
