Not sure about zinc, seems to be the graveyard of many a company and many an investor. Had my bitter dose with OXR and the ZFX fiasco.
However taking even a neutral stance on zn/cu vs ni, I"ll note IGO's margins from Long pretty impressive. Nothing like it from JMLs Cu/Zn if you work on either Cu or Zn equivalents (rather than using one as credits). And whilst pig nickel might cap the pon (on which I agree), it also stabilises an historically volatile price.
Gold well I am neutral on that too, but imho silver is not really relevant, simply not a big enough component of JMLs revenue to matter.
Capped pon, probably. Resurgent zinc, I very much doubt it, and in any case wrt JML it's copper that matters much more, and I'd say that is likely near cyclical highs, although I am long term bullish on it staying near them long term.
I hope you guys all reject IGO's overtures, I really do.
