You sound like an investor, not a short term trader.
In which case the ups and downs of the sp has nothing to do with it. The point is whether you are happy with 30% of the assets of the combined group? The weakness in IGO sp seems to me to be saying the market thinks it is too good a deal for JML holders vs IGO holders.
I am a LT IGO holder and doubt the wisdom of this transfer of future wealth to JML holders, however at this stage I am giving my management the benefit of the doubt, that they will be able to adequately enhance the value of the JML assets - a tall order, but technically and ethically a top class crew.
