Well of course we know that this is the problem when the offer is all in script we are aligned to the share price of IGO which was pumped up prior to takeover to make it look attractive and now its being forced down and down
So where is this significant premium as advertised in the target statement?
Its looking more like a takeover with no premium
and yes I know it is still 8 for 1 but why would any JML holder move to IGO without an adequate risk premium in monetary terms?
I have trashed my target statement accordingly as I wont be voting
