NST has entered into a contact to sell Plutonic as a going concern (see 15/8 ann) with settlement hoped-for by the end of September. Imo,the sale would have to include the tenement/s containing Hermes as it is important, if not critical, to the feeding of the plant. My guess is too that the JV land with ALY would pass to the new owner with the consent of ALY.

Billabong Gold will be the new owner. It is a subsidiary of a Canadian company.

Seeing that Billabong may have more interest than NST to explore in the surrounding areas (my opinion), ALY might get more things happening on the JV land than has been done by NST. Plutonic has been NST's ugly duckling/cygnet. The new owner must be able to see a swan there somewhere.
