What talk?
Others raised it before I did. Try elee and pfuzzy!! I said that there was no need for a CR, not at least for several months anyway. I was of the view that the Preso was for general promotional purposes after the 2 new acquisitions - raise the profile, speak with brokers etc etc.
Raise later with a higher SP.
