Dangote should get his own drill rig and go shore up his own resource, remove the overburden and dig up his own coal. Oh and wash it seen as he has an issue with that too.
It's like we've done all the hard yards now the NDC via the prez steps in and says..."thanks...we'll have some of that for the richest guy in Africa"
