Yes I'm not sure how that works either. Whether the POS is the mine or if it's the stockpile, at what point are royalties paid?
Don't mining companies pay royalties on sales? This is the governments claim.
Or is it a double whammy where Tancoal pay taxes based on sales and now the government wants royalties on top of taxes?
