Hi soarer i think lexcorp's post is a fair assumption - at the end if the day Tancoal could seemingly just find the cash if ordered to pay it in whole or part (eg no need for any administrator arragement) and, noting Tancoal is 30% owned by NDC, there's no reason to really assume they wont get a fair trial. That's my glass half full thoughts anyways!
