RFQ doesn't mean a whole lot imo but at least it's a step forward. Probably take years before anyone in Tanesco or the government DO anything with the submitted paperwork though.

Finally a small win in the courts although the bigger issues still linger.

I think it's smart to divert profits back into the business to upgrade and maintain the company. Not sure the government will be happy about those profits not going into their pockets though.
Sounds to me like digging the coal & selling it is the easy part. Trying to tick all the government boxes and watch for knives in your back is the hard part.
