This is from The Australian today. Didn't happen unfortunately, maybe next week.
I wont bother with a link because it will be behind a paywall.
"Integral bid in doubt Capitol Health is likely to signal today it will pull its planned $300m bid for Integral Diagnostic after failing to attract shareholder support for the deal.
Compounding the issue for Andrew Harrison and his team are shareholder concerns that chasing the deal is costing the company too much money.
The aim was to create a bigger diagnostic company to take on I-Med, which was acquired by European private equity concern Permira in January for $1.3bn.
Integral shareholders were concerned at the heavy scrip element of the bid. The combined Capitol and Integral would have had a value of around $580m. In trading yesterday, Capitol fell 3 per cent to 28c and Integral was flat at $2.10."
