The new bid was sent to IDX on the 31st. Then the bid has to be sent to shareholders within a 3 day period, 14 to 28 days after that. So that starts today. Then after CAJ notifies IDX that all statements have been dispatched, they have to send out the Targets statement.
So unfortunately I think we still have a while to wait for resolution. If I were CAJ, I would release the half year (assuming it is good), shortly after IDX shareholders receives their bid, to build confidence in their ability.
