Capitol weighs up merits of restructuring rebuffed Integral offer
"Capitol Health managing director Andrew Harrison says the medical imaging group is open to restructuring its $300 million offer for Integral Diagnostics if it secures support from investors.
Integral Diagnostics has initially rebuffed the cash-and-scrip offer, which opens on Wednesday and looks set to be defeated in its current form.
"Absolutely we want to see it done," Mr Harrison told The Australian Financial Review.
"It's not our intention to lift the offer. If we were to consider changing the offer, we wouldn't do it without the support of shareholders."
He added that Capitol did not want to see the deal done at "any cost", and may consider different combinations of the offer."
