F01: Sometimes there’s gaps in ASX picking up the need to post an announcement initiated by one company on another relevant company’s stream. Has happened a couple of times already in both directions re IDX/CAJ.
For what it’s worth, I’m still keeping the faith for now. Things take time. IDX reaction has been consistently defensive... why is that?
Has AH suddenly changed his stripes? It is possible. (& the various errors noted are not impressive, esp given Allens, RSM etc advising).
But AH has been a careful decision-maker before this. This takeover bid could be a rush of blood to the head. But I’m willing to bet it’s not. There’s more to this. And if the bid hasn’t been pulled yet, my view is there’s a reason for that...
