First up, I'm no accountant so if we have any qualified people it would be great to get their professional opinion.
The way I read the replacement bidder's statement, most of the revisions seemed to be centred around removing the (discontinued) NSW assets (all earnings) from the pro-forma cashflow reports. That's why IDX are claiming the combined group balance sheet is out by $15 million.
