CAJ should takeover IDX . Wilsons think its the best option (good price) and they are no fools.
Lets see what the other shareholders think. I believe its very possible and they too will seriously
consider the CAJ bit.
I personally believe that shareholders in IDX will see the benefits. Will there be a higher bid from another company? I doubt it. Many discussions have taken place (with IDX) prior to today, so I anticipate that IDX knows exactly what the deal entails.
