And wasn’t that last release interesting... Harrison’s comments have always been quite measured, so its telling that he said: “During discussions last year with Integral, we both agreed on the strategic merit of a combination of Capitol and Integral... As we have consistently indicated, we are willing to discuss our Offer with Integral and its advisers. We encourage them to do the right thing by their shareholders and doctors and engage constructively with us...”
That suggests the Integral Board haven’t even tried to play ball... if they haven’t engaged, that begs the question: whose interests are they acting in?
