The dreaded Individually significant items - I had hoped we had seen the end of them. They did say there would be $8m of costs relating to the bid - ssounds like it is blowing out. The horrible thing is if the merge doesn’t go ahead (and it seems increasingly unlikely), it is all money down the drain that could have been spent on buy backs or dividends.
