what a great event for IDX
someone comes along (CAJ) and spends a load of money to try to takeover (IDX) trading at $1.60 at the time.
sends the share price up 30%by the offer.
then has egg on their face,as unacceptable offer.
CAJ loose cash and IDX shares stay up at $2.25 today.
i dont have a problem my company (CAJ) in trying to find opportunities, however should have done a bit more homework!!!! before blowing a few million bucks
