Been reading the takeover panel again and also ASIC’s regulations and I really can’t see how they are not out of time today, unless they have been granted an extension by ASIC. (which I assume would have been announced). They haven’t submitted a supplementary bidder’s statement with IDX’s amendments and they had a register date of 2 January, so I would have thought the end of today would see them outside the max of 28 days for sending the bidders statement to Idx shareholders.
