"No doubt EQT will take heart from the PRP/Hengkang partnership and Chinese interest in the Australian radiology sector more generally. It would also like the price at about 20-times earnings, which is a premium to the trading multiples of listed players including Capitol Health and Integral Diagnostics at about 12-times."
