There’s an article in AFR this afternoon on I-MED. Quotes a Permira spokesperson (the bunch who are buying I-MED), as saying they wanted to accelerate growth of the business both inside and outside Australia.
I-MED chief executive Steven Rubic also said they would “explore further consolidation opportunities”.
Writing on the wall for either or both IDX and CAJ I think unless they grow.....
