It seems to me that with the consolidation that is going on in the industry if IDX and CAJ don’t merge, both of them will end up being swallowed by a bigger company. IDX seems to have the attitude that they are a good little company and should be left alone to do their thing, but they might be better off merged with a similar company, rather than a small bit of a really large company with possibly overseas ownership. Same applies to CAJ, but at least they seem to have recognised the trend....
