there is only ~160 million on issue and only about ~50 million free float..most of the holders entered years ago at many multiples of current share price.. for them to even breakeven we have to reach at least 20 cents..the last cap raise is an exception which was done at 1.5 cents..down turn of oil couple of years ago turned the company down, but with increased price i am seeing a rebirth..do your research..
