    Give it a year ? really ? What happened to the $ 20 000 000 they collected from capital raise in  Dec 2015 at 25 cents ? it collapsed down to 4 cents within few months. Seams they playing this game again, big announcement followed by cap raise and massive directors exit by selling of options.This is a was the cash cow for ICI. this time around there is no more buyers, on thursday 9 trades, on Friday 1 trade. It is over.
