By the way most of your comment is BS, ICI is tightly held that is the reason for low volume. 1c is pure BS and the fact you say the stock market has crashed is BS. What about A2M and others that went on fly this year are they skeletal remains?

The trend for ICI has been up and down constantly my pick is most investors are looking somewhere else currently as ICI is consolidating and implementing on what they want to do, this is the waiting stage.

If you read back on what I said about what they're trying to do it will take six to twelve months to start seeing the benefits or failures, so yes others may be putting cash in other areas. Doesn't mean the stock is dead in fact I think the last six to eight months have been positive.
