Glad they've sorted out funding without diluting holders further. Still a good level of receivables, although down on last figure (likely a large amount settled). Interesting regarding the possible sale of the rent roll (only recently purchased), however I don't think this will be more than 1 or 2 million based on estimates of the value from info in announcements.
