This seems like a 50/50 good and bad. Obbviously good that things have progressed with the NT Govt. And interest apparently is rising for a JV. Was the original arrangement with AEP good value though? If I understood correctly they gave us $20m, and committed to $80m for an 80% stake. EEG would then have to find JV funding for another $560m on top of the $80m that we got for 80% stake. Surely I've got the wrong end of the stick?
