Not getting too many answers from this crowd Antman4. Where are the defenders of the DLS story? What shape will this company be in by the time the notes vest and what does this statement mean?

"Holders have the right to have the Notes redeemed on or after 1 September 2016 for a certain period of time and / or where certain prescribed conditions are met."

People who have followed the story surely should know what this means or at least be able to point to previous announcements that might have elaborated on what this means.
