I understand that people are chasing yield, but how much value...

I understand that people are chasing yield, but how much value do you really think it would add to the share price to have a 2c dividend? I suspect it would reduce it as the cash outflow would lead to uncertainty over whether management need to raise more cash... People investing in small caps are generally not chasing yield - and if they are they should probably reconsider their investment philosophy.
