SUN’s Governance, Risk and Compliance looks quite poor and there is bound to be more investigations and a lot of fallout post the Allianz testimony. Will this be enormously costly for SUN?
How will SUN cope with its increased exposures post the Royal Commission?
If Allianz cannot meet expectations, will it not be close to impossible for SUN to cope?
The story a decade ago was that SUN wasgoing to crash as a result of the Great Recession/ a.k.a. Global Financial Crisis in Australia.
Where the GFC failed, the Royal Commission might achieve devastation across the insurance industry.
