Just an observer on this one, as Quest Mounts Bay is next to Jacob's ladder. I notice that in this presentation (late Feb) that Quest Mounts Bay was supposed to be finished in March. I'm pretty sure there was cabinetry going in just a few weeks ago. Today, no workmen, but a man wandering around with a clipboard, a cafe humming about one third full and a general feel of finished.
