Agree- non binding agreements (MOU'S) are no good from a funding /capital raising BFS perspective because they can walk if they get a better deal elsewhere, with no commitment to HXG - we have seen this before where companies have non- binding arrangements and the other party can walk and from a funding perspective you need BOA's (binding offtake agreements) in place, period !

IMO, news days are always there to take profits - as when dust settles the price always falls
