help me out here -the fact that he bought off market and off a sophisticated investor (let alone one who is close to the company) would that mean there could still be an imminent good news announcement?
As in the normal caveats (and some companies have their own stricter guidelines), of directors or management not being able to buy when something brewing may not apply??
