I reckon they are just trying to highlight the opportunity that has been created for them to increase sales. It's the sort of update / communication many investors have been asking for isn't it?
Re price sensitivity - debatable, given no concrete contracts or new sales being announced (that I can see anyway?) , but probably better to er on the side of caution with these things?
