The issue for me is that TGR, in the half year just gone had an average Salmon price that was 23% better than HUO (TGR average Salmon price $13.08/kg vs HUO at $10.66/kg). TGR sold more salmon (14,299t vs HUO at 12,288t) at a higher price.
TGR just has better fundamental metrics more sales at higher margin.
