I would suspect that it is a function of the processes that HUO have not yet developed due to it's short life span as a public company. There is nothing like problems to teach companies how to do better next time. TGR, I would suspect, has good public relations people that know what to look out for and what to chase down. HUO, I would suspect are still on the learning curve. Either HUO will quickly learn and put in processes and procedures to limit or remove these environmental exceedences or their market cap will shrink.
