$2m cash and up to $6m in earn out paid in shares. Sounds like a fairly priced deal IMO. Paragem is pro managed accounts and sort of has its own so will presumably close that and switch across to the modern HUB platform.
$1bn of FUA should be reached in September And it should be all systems go for $1.5 bn - 2bn by jun 15.
