Did a bit of digging on the dec'13 investment trends report and found a couple articles referencing it:

The report was just review of the platform by either investment trends analysts or a panel of analysts(since these articles don't stipulate this). I did see one of the report from '12 or '11 and I believe these researches are all conducted by analysts. Anyway, I can be completely wrong but it'd be nice to hear words from the street on how client users view the HUB platform.
I've been with them for quite a while so it is in my interest to see them succeed.
