    Maybe this is what is happening:

    AVZ is now aware that a TO bid is coming from Huayou. Plan is 100% to 5-day VWAP. Directors can’t buy on market due to insider trading legislations so to get the best price possible, they made this announcement to say “GUYS, buy up now! We need this up!”
